Alexandre is Executive Chairman of Lakefield Veterinary Group. He is a Founding Partner of Belvoir U.S., an investment company within the Belvoir Investments Corporation, Paul Desmarais Jr.’s personal holding company.

Previously, Alexandre was an Associate at Sagard Capital, a long-term investment firm in public and private small and mid-sized companies, and an analyst at Merrill Lynch’s Global Private Equity Group. He graduated from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a 2003 recipient of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
